amazing stay!

helpful conciergegreat theme parkexcellent servicedirty carpet
anwar, the concierge, was helpful. he suggested a great theme park with awesome go-kart tracks. it was a bit out of town, and when we had trouble getting back, anwar found us a car home even though he was off the clock! the service was excellent.
the hotel is quite old. the carpets are not very clean. products at breakfast are average.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of dishes. I saw indian, chinese, and european options. the buffet was well set up. the food was AMAZING!!!

The staff responded promptly to all questions regarding dietary requirements and requests for assistance. the team greeted all guests with a smile and warm welcome. anwar from the concierge went the extra mile. He was helpful.

My room was spacious with a king-size bed. It offered views of the city. housekeeping was very prompt. The room was cleaned every day without fail. the room was well kept.

The hotel is located near medan tuanku station. It is not too far from klcc. grab cabs were always available. This made getting around very easy. the hotel is in a great location.

The rooms are clean. i found the bed comfortable. Location is ideal, it's close to the monorail station. Breakfast had a good variety of foods.
The bathroom were not up to standards. i found that the room didn't have basic items like a teaspoon. The tv wasn't work. The facilities seemed dated.
